Hexcel is seeking an HSE Engineer for our Parla location (Spain).
The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations :
* Waste management. Documentation control and contact with logistics and the external company in waste management.
* Support HSE in ISO 14001 audits and internal audits.
* Deliver different HSE regular training : onboarding, emergency, LOTO, and confined spaces.
* Main contact with Production and Maintenance to coordinate different mandatory external trainings : forklifts, ATEX, platforms, hoists....
* Support HSE in NM reporting and solutions, Safety committee meetings, in standards implementation, and corporate internal audits.
Qualifications :
* Degree in Chemistry or Engineering and Official Qualification in HSE and experience as trainer in HSE matters.
* Good knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc....
* At least two years experience in similar positions in industrial environments.
* English speaking, high level of teamwork / organization and communication skills.
* Advanced level in data softwares and concern for continuous process improvement.
