The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely and high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The role involves maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and proactively coordinating with stakeholders, project owners, and other teams to ensure successful delivery.The specialist will leverage their expertise in digital marketing to act as a consultant, providing insights and connecting market plans with DU services.Duties & Responsibilities :
Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams informed with regular updates.Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.Understand market needs and explore opportunities to connect or leverage other DU services.Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and functions.Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with internal DU service providers.Facilitate communication between internal customers and DU teams to advance projects and provide consultancy.Maintain regular communication within the Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other DU teams for efficient service delivery.Ensure adherence to service processes and propose optimizations when necessary.Requirements & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology) or technical studies with proven business acumen.Experience in project management, client management, or as a digital marketing consultant.Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.Skills in integrating business, marketing, and technical knowledge to interpret requirements and develop solutions.Client management skills, including de-escalation of incidents impacting customers.Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is highly preferred.Familiarity with email and SMS channels;
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and interfacing with global clients.Fluency in English is required, as the role is conducted entirely in English.Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects.What We Offer :
