Customer Master Data Trainee
is an entry-level professional responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of a companys customer information. This role serves as the foundation for smooth operations in sales, billing, and supply chain.
Key Responsabilities
Data Entry & Maintenance : Processing requests to create, modify, or deactivate customer accounts in
SAP
Data Validation : Verifying tax IDs, addresses, and credit terms to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Data Cleansing : Identifying and merging duplicate records to maintain a\ "Single Source of Truth.\"
Issue Resolution : Communicating with Sales and Finance departments to clarify missing or conflicting customer information.
Reporting : Assisting in the creation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports regarding data quality and request turnaround times.
Networking/Key relationships
In the group: It is important to build strong, high-quality collaboration across teams and continuously deepen our understanding of other departments and group companies that impact our daily activities. Effective and ongoing communication is key to achieving this objective.
Outside the group: A professional, reliable, and collaborative approach should be maintained to foster strong relationships with external stakeholders
Minimum Knowledge
required for the position:
Education : Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Technical Skills : Advanced in Microsoft Excel
