This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can drive engagement with target accounts, maximize the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, and own the prospecting process. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate is bhighly organized, analytical, and proactive /b—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining exceptional CRM hygiene and leveraging sales tools effectively. /ppbr/ppbMust have a proven track record of generating SQLs and meetings for the sales team. /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbThe Opportunity /b: /ppbr/ppbSales Support Collaboration /b /pulliConduct bregular 1:1 meetings /b with the sales team to align on priorities and support their outreach efforts. /liliFollow up diligently with btarget accounts /b and bAccount-Based Marketing (ABM) lists /b provided by sales. /lilibOwn and manage /b inbound and outbound lead qualification, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized. /li /ulpbr/ppbLead Management Outreach /b /pullibEngage with all marketing-generated leads (MQLs and SQLs) daily /b, ensuring bno lead goes untouched /b. /liliMaintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities, including bcalls, emails, and meetings /b in the CRM. /liliConsistently refine and improve prospecting strategies by analyzing past interactions and engagement trends. /li /ulpbr/ppbCRM Reporting /b /pulliTake full ownership of bCRM updates /b, ensuring data accuracy with detailed notes, property updates, enrichment, and pipeline health. /liliFill out bad-hoc reports /b as needed to provide insights into lead generation, conversion rates, and other key sales metrics. /liliEnsure seamless communication between sales, marketing, and leadership through breal-time data updates and insights /b. /li /ulpbInnovation Tool Utilization /b /pulliTake initiative in bproposing new ideas /b for improving the prospecting and lead conversion process. /liliLeverage company tools and software to boptimize efficiency /b and gain a competitive edge in outreach. /liliStay up to date on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and competitor activities to enhance outreach messaging. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) /b /ppSuccess in this role will be measured by: /pp✔ bQualified meetings booked /b for the sales team /pp✔ bNumber of calls and emails /b sent to prospects /pp✔ bSQLs generated /b (Sales Qualified Leads) /pp✔ bEffectiveness of follow-ups /b with target accounts and MQLs /ppbr/ppbWhat you need: /b /pulliAt least 5+ years of benterprise cybersecurity sales /b or related experience /liliStrong understanding of bABM strategies, MQLs, and SQLs /b /liliExcellent bCRM management skills /b (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) /liliExperience with bsales automation tools and prospecting platforms /b /liliA proactive and bresults-driven /b mindset with a passion for tech sales /liliStrong bwritten and verbal communication /b skills /li /ulpbr/ppbBonus Points For: /b /pulliExperience working with cybersecurity bMSSPs, or security vendors /b /liliFamiliarity with bSIEM, endpoint security, or cloud security solutions /b /liliPast success in bhigh-growth or startup environments /b /lilibGood spoken level of at least one of the following languages: German, French or Spanish /b /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat we believe /b: /ppWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
