🎯 Mission
As a .NET Technical Lead in our IT Development team, you will:
* Lead the development and maintenance of in-house .NET applications, ensuring continuity, compliance, and high-quality standards.
* Bridge business needs with technical solutions, proposing sustainable and efficient approaches.

🛠️ What Will You Do?
Technical Leadership & Development
* Analyze business requirements and propose scalable, compliant solutions aligned with CIB's development best practices.
* Lead the full development lifecycle: From requirements analysis to testing, deployment, and production support.
* Ensure application maintainability and upgradability, minimizing technical debt.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
* Engage stakeholders (business, IT, compliance) to validate requirements and assess impacts.
* Coordinate with development teams, prioritizing tasks, estimating efforts, and guiding day-to-day activities.
* Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge and drive innovation.
Operational Excellence
* Monitor service continuity, reporting on deadlines, budgets, and risks.
* Analyze incidents, propose preventive actions, and implement improvements.
* Support production releases, comparing impacts vs. expectations and adjusting as needed.
Process Optimization
* Propose methods to enhance efficiency in development, testing, and deployment.

🔍 What Do You Need?
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* +7 years in Information Technology, with:
* 5+ years in .NET development (.NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework).
* 3+ years in software analysis, production releases, and testing support.
* 1+ year as a technical lead, guiding teams on prioritization, estimation, and development.
Technical Skills
* Backend & Frontend: .NET, REST APIs, websites.
* Databases: Oracle SQL/PLSQL, relational database management.
* Scripting: PowerShell.
* Desirable: Software architecture knowledge.
Languages
* Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory for collaboration with European teams).
Soft Skills
