Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming from scratch, a minimum of two years of experience, and proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop, test, and implement PLC programs from scratch using Siemens TIA Portal.
* Develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens and SCADA systems for real-time machine monitoring and control.
* Lead the setup, calibration, and commissioning of automation equipment at client sites. Provide on-site support during installation and system start-up.
* Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and production staff to enhance system functionality.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programs and system modifications.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams as needed.
Required Qualifications :
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a PLC Programmer.
* Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal.
* Demonstrated ability to program PLC systems from scratch.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
