ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst (temporary role due to paternity leave cover) to join the Compliance team at ID Finance. This role includes providing AML, Compliance and legal counsel to the Compliance team, board of directors and and other senior management ensuring the on-going adherence of the company with all applicable requirements. Is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective Compliance Programand strategy. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees follow the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behaviour in the organization meets the company’s standards of conduct (the “ Standards of Conduct ”). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Designing, managing, shaping and advise on compliance related matters such as Criminal Compliance, AML and FC etc. Implement monitoring and transaction AML/CTF/Sanctions tool for all ID Finance Group. Stay up to date with regulatory updates and new requirements and understand overall impact to daily work. Implement and monitor systems and controls for compliance matters in line with ID Finance requirements. Oversee external KYC requests. Oversee KYC files for transactions and conduct due diligence reviews for anti-money laundering purposes in line with our KYC and AML policies. Implement Compliance Program:Training Plan, Coordinate the Complaints Ethics Channel, implementation of ISO and UNE Compliance Management for Criminal, Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Understanding of payments/EMI/banking systemsand markets with a focuson technology and mobile applications. Strong ability to analyze processes, enact change, and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals. Knowledge of legal corporate requirements and controls: Anti-Money Laundering, Crime Prevention Policies, etc. Communicating compliance-related issues to employees across all divisions of the organization. Sometimes this requires deciphering confusing or abstract laws or ethics and determining how to establish and integrate best practices. Ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Law, finance, business administration or a related field required, Master’s desired. Fluent in Spanish and English Experience Target: Experience in a financial institution and with the financial market regulators in Spain would be a distinct asset. Experience in AML monitoring tools and procedures, Criminal Compliance, ISO 19600, UNE 37001.
