Technical Sales Manager - Iberia

Responsibilities
1. Develop new customers from in-house leads, industry research, recommendations, and existing client relationships within the Iberia region, especially Portugal.
2. Expand third-party sales through our network of glass processing partners and fabricators, focusing on brand development and technical solutions.
3. Collaborate with Sales Support Iberia to ensure timely and accurate product quotations.
4. Provide technical support and advice on product suitability, applications, and quotations, ensuring excellent customer service.
5. Work with the specification team to maintain product specifications throughout project supply chains.
6. Engage proactively with partners for cross-lead generation and reciprocal recommendations.
7. Monitor market activity, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to Pyroguard to enhance market presence.
8. Manage pipeline and customer accounts using the company CRM system effectively.
9. Optimize sales activities and customer engagement to meet KPIs.
10. Prepare monthly activity reports and other requested documentation for the Regional Sales Director.
Candidate Profile
1. Proven sales success in a fast-growing, complex manufacturing environment with targets.
2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills; fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, proficient in English.
4. Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may suffice.
5. Minimum of 5 years in roles within small to medium-sized organizations.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
