馃幆 What you will do
You will be integral to the design, assembly, and characterization of our ultrafast laser sourcesYour primary responsibilities include:
* Assembly, alignment, and optimization of fiber lasers and experimental optical system
* Temporal and spectral characterization of pulsed sources (e.g., autocorrelation, optical spectrum, RF, power)
* Participation in the development of mode-locked lasers
* Measurement and optimization of Erbium- or Er/Yb-doped fiber amplifiers
* Performing data analysis and comprehensive documentation of experimental results
* Collaboration on tasks involving polarization management and stability control
* Maintenance and improvement of specialized laboratory equipment
馃 What you need to succeed
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics Engineering, Photonics Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
* Experience: 2 years of minimum professional experience, including experience in an optical or photonic laboratory environment (experiment assembly, measurements, alignment, instrumentation)
Essential Technical Knowledge:
* Solid understanding of Optics and Lasers (cavities, interferometry, dispersion, nonlinearities)
* Familiarity with Er or Er/Yb doped fiber amplifiers
* Hands-on knowledge of optical and electronic instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrometer, photodiodes, polarization controllers)
* Programming skills in Python, MATLAB or similar
* Language: Technical English proficiency (reading articles, writing reports)

* Familiarity with concepts of mode-locking, dispersion, optical nonlinearities, and fiber propagation
* Knowledge of numerical simulations (SSFM or GNLSE)
* Experience with software for instrumentation control and measurement automation
* Proactive attitude, technical curiosity, and capacity for learning

* Formaci贸n: Grado o M谩ster en Ingenier铆a F铆sica, Ingenier铆a Fot贸nica, Telecomunicaciones o similar
* Experiencia: M铆nimo de 2 a帽os de experiencia profesional, incluyendo experiencia en laboratorio 贸ptico o fot贸nico (montaje de experimentos, medidas, alineaci贸n, instrumentaci贸n)
Conocimientos T茅cnicos Esenciales:
* Comprensi贸n s贸lida de 脫ptica y L谩seres (cavidades, interferometr铆a, dispersi贸n, no linealidades)
* Familiaridad con amplificadores de fibra dopada con Er o Er/Yb
* Conocimiento pr谩ctico de instrumentaci贸n 贸ptica y electr贸nica (osciloscopio, espectr贸metro, fotodiodos, controladores de polarizaci贸n)
* Habilidades de Programaci贸n en Python, MATLAB o similar
* Idioma: Dominio del ingl茅s t茅cnico (lectura de art铆culos, redacci贸n de informes)

* Familiaridad con conceptos de mode-locking, dispersi贸n, no linealidades 贸pticas y propagaci贸n en fibra
