We're looking for a PMO who loves technology, organization, and driving successful delivery!

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across product, tech, design, and business teams.
- Ensure alignment between project goals, timelines, resources, and AgileTV's strategic roadmap.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
- Maintain and improve PMO documentation, processes, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate and support agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and project performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in release coordination, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with teams involved in APIs, integrations, testing, and technical workflows.
- Help standardize best practices across teams to improve efficiency and delivery predictability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar role within agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding software delivery processes.
- Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and project governance frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in video streaming, OTT, telecom, or digital media is highly valued.
- C1 English spoken level and native Spanish.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in fast‐paced environments.
