THE ROLE
As a CRM Project Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enhancements to our Salesforce CRM system and other associated software tools for specific business segments. In this role, you will work closely with the EMEA Programme Manager, Global IT & Salesforce teams, Product Managers, Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Professionals, and other cross-functional teams. Your primary goal is to increase and maintain adoption levels whilst leveraging the CRM system to support Sales Teams understanding and sales growth. You will maintain and develop the use of the data to drive insights that support strategic decisions in product communication, customer insights, and market intelligence.
1. Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform for ensuring effective usage and performance.
2. Serve as the primary resource for user support, report creation, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
3. Evaluate & propose enhancement changes to the Salesforce database, aligned with other business segments to deliver credible and insightful data.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess CRM requirements and propose solutions aligned with business needs.
5. Develop and maintain project deliverables that support the business processes, including functional specifications.
6. Lead training initiatives to expand CRM proficiency and support business productivity.
7. Play a critical role during upgrades, new releases, testing, and participate in change management processes.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Management, Data Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
4. Genuine and authentic interest in data and data management.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management tools like MS Project.
6. Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
7. Familiarity with business processes such as account management, opportunity analysis, and forecasting.
8. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and fluency in English.
