Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Altea. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a sharp eye to see the possibilities in every property, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves working closely with clients to help them find their dream homes, investment properties, or vacation retreats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing SkandiaMäklarna Altea in a professional and ethical manner.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conducting property viewings and tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiating sales transactions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the local real estate market.
- Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Managing property listings, including writing compelling descriptions and taking high-quality photographs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian, English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the Altea real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Real estate license in Spain is desirable.
