The Role
As our Founding
Marketing Artist, you'll primarily own the creative direction and execution of our user acquisition and marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with some support for product design and branding needs. You'll bring marketing concepts from ideation to production, creating visuals and videos that drive user growth while maintaining brand consistency.
What You'll Do
* Own end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns across all channels (80%)
* Create engaging motion graphics and static assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.
* Repurpose and localize existing assets for different formats and audiences
* Prototype and iterate on creative assets based on performance data and trends
* Brief and manage third-party creative vendors
* Design and maintain a cohesive visual identity
* Collaborate with marketing to optimize creative performance
* Conduct A/B testing of creative assets
* Support product team with UI/UX and branding design (20%)
* Own branding materials including logos, promotional videos, social media visuals
* Create App Store and Play Store assets
* Integrate UGC with AI-generated visuals
* Share design and marketing knowledge to influence decisions
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong portfolio of digital advertising assets
* Experience in non-game mobile app environments
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Familiarity with emerging tools (CapCut, Figma, etc.)
* Experience with AI creative tools (Arcads, Heygen, etc.)
* Experience analyzing competitor creative assets
* Understanding of performance marketing and successful campaign creation
* Strong motion design and video editing skills
* Knowledge of social media creative requirements
Nice to Have
* UI/UX design principles familiarity
* Social media brand asset generation
* Understanding of ASO
* Basic performance marketing metrics knowledge
