Identify, evaluate, and secure potential new dealership locations in Spain.Develop and execute strategies to expand the dealership footprint in alignment with market opportunities.Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility studies for new locations. 2. Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key stakeholders.Negotiate dealership agreements, terms, and conditions in collaboration with the legal and commercial teams.Ensure dealer performance aligns with brand standards, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction expectations. 3. Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with senior management to define growth strategies for the Spanish market.Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify gaps, opportunities, and optimization measures.Support the implementation of new initiatives, including sales programs, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements across the network. 4. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all dealerships operate in compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.Provide regular reporting on network performance, pipeline opportunities, and market insights to the Managing Director. Candidate Profile
Proven experience in automotive dealership management, network development, or commercial expansion.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and performance data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across functions and geographies.Fluency in Spanish and English. Education & Qualifications
