As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of integrated product marketing strategies that drive market share, customer engagement, and long-term brand equity.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of product marketing initiatives across key product lines in construction materials.
Define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Spearhead market intelligence efforts—monitoring trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
Oversee campaign planning, content development, and channel strategy (including digital, events, and trade marketing).
Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team and agency partners.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles within the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sectors.
~ Demonstrated success in product marketing, brand strategy, and market development.
~ Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field;
MBA is an advantage.
