Pb Role Objective /b /pp The Service Technician Large Scale (living in South of Spain) is responsible for performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. The role provides remote support to customers and service providers to resolve technical issues, establishes and maintains proper business relationships, and carries out necessary administrative duties. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Provide remote support to customers and service providers via the service line and Online Service Center, with expert knowledge of SMA Large Scale products and services. /lili Collaborate internally with service and sales colleagues to ensure smooth operation and support. /lili Perform second-level on-site services for commissioning, maintenance, or repair of SMA Large Scale products. /lili Maintain and control personal spare part stock, company car, and tools. /lili Deliver training to customers on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMA Large Scale products. /lili Conduct second-level detailed error and event analysis, acting as a SMA Senior Expert. /lili Properly escalate technical issues to RD when required. /li /ulpb Requirements /b /pullib Education Training /b /lili Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar. /lili Knowledge of Industrial Communications (Modbus, RS485, etc.). /lili Knowledge of solar technology and electrical grid management. /lili Relevant work experience in a similar role. /lilib Professional Experience /b /lili Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. /lilib Skills Competencies /b /lili High communication skills with strong customer orientation. /lili Team player attitude, including when working remotely. /lili Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. /lili Strong follow-through, time management, and planning skills. /lili Proficiency with IT tools (Office, Salesforce, SAP, etc.). /lili Availability to travel up to 50% of the time. /lilib English language proficiency: B2 level. /b /li /ul
