We are looking for a E-Commerce Traffic Manager to lead regional traffic strategy and fuel e-commerce growth across Western Europe. This role is highly visible and influential in the e-commerce team. Own end-to-end regional traffic strategy, planning and analysis for Western Europe e-commerce.Formulate and execute data-driven traffic plans;
: affiliate marketing, PPC campaigns.Amazon: CPC advertising;
collaborate with country e-commerce teams, HQ, and Wuhan middle platform.Align traffic support with product launches, seasonal promotions, and regional sales goals.Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ROI, cost efficiency) and drive continuous optimization.Bachelor's degree or above.~3+ years of experience in e-commerce traffic, paid media, performance marketing or digital operation.~ Proven track record in channel management: / PPC / affiliate / Amazon CPC.~ Strong data analysis, budgeting and optimization skills.~ Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with global teams.~ Fluent in English;
