As a Scrum Master & IT Project Manager, you will be a key player in driving the successful delivery of digital and IT projects for leading international clients. You will ensure agile best practices, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and guarantee that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with high quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, or similar role in IT/digital environments.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban) and facilitating ceremonies.
- Strong background in IT project management : planning, scope, risks, stakeholders, and budget follow‑up.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaboration with technical teams.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Languages : Spanish & English : bilingual (written and spoken).
- French : minimum B2 (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset, proactivity, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP) are a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Act as Scrum Master for one or several teams, ensuring the correct application of Agile principles and practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects from initiation to delivery (scope, timing, risks, and quality).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies : daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement within the team.
- Prepare and present project status reports and KPIs to stakeholders and management (often in French and English).
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of project management and agile practices within Amaris Consulting.
