Experteer Overview As International Senior Accountant in Madrid, you will manage the regional accounting and representation offices, ensuring robust governance and accurate financial reporting across Thales Euram entities. You will collaborate with regional teams, auditors, and shared services to support closings, tax declarations, and cash management, enabling compliant and efficient multi-entity finance. Your role blends bookkeeping, financial analysis, and coordination of audits to sustain regional growth. prepare accruals for closings - Review supporting documents and expenses to ensure exhaustiveness and compliance - Support tax declarations with share services;
manage payments uploads - Analyze balance sheets across Euram entities and oversee dividend distribution and fair value bookkeeping - Book invoices and prepare financial statements for Netherlands entities and Euram - Oversee monthly closings, accruals, and financial result analysis - Coordinate with Thales Spain on expenses, fixed assets, accounting, treasury, reporting, and tax matters - Manage payments, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliations for multiple entities - Support hedging activities with input from Spain and Corporate teams - Liaise with external auditors and participate in internal audits;
prepare and finalize regional financial statements - Contribute to transfer pricing documentation and year-end fair value assessments - Assist in regional finance matters and coordination with local CFOs, legal, and corporate departmentsResponsabilidades - 4–5 years in accounting within an international environment - Initial experience in finance or budget/cost control - Fluent in English and Spanish;
