The position
Take responsibility for the world's leading provider of technologies and services integrating, from the sensor to the test report, the entire measurement chain dedicated to all physical phenomena, mechanical, electrical, acoustic and vibration domains
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead part of our Test and Measurement Sales Team based in Spain/Italy/South Europe, Based in our Spanish or Italian Office.
Our new Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, coaching and driving the Sales Channel in Spain and Italy in our Test and Measurement Market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing company strategy within your functions across region. Additionally, you will be managing a team of 12 employees based across the region, ensuring they reach individual as well as collective targets.
Primary responsibilities
Your daily work includes:
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive orders and revenue growth
- Setting individual sales targets and goals.
- Coaching your sales team
- Pipeline and forecast management
- Developing efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team, working with the marketing team.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to regional heads
- Working in collaboration with the rest of the European Sales Force
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our adecuado customers profile and our company values.
Professional qualifications
You have:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business. An MBA would be an additional advantage
- Proven success within Sales
- Experience from a related industry e.g. Engineering, Automotive, Aeronautical
- Coaching, pipeline and funnel management knowledge
- Proven Sales training & Sales Experience
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Will be greatly appreciate to have +5 years of documented experience with sales management positions.
- Experience managing and driving a sales team.
Personal skills
- Good knowledge of the Measurement World and Instrumentation
- Ability to lead a sales team, Been Team Minded.
- Excellent commercial understanding
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Digital Sales tools including Network like Linked In
- French and High English level. Italian and/or Spanish will be highly appreciate.
- Great IT user knowledge (Microsoft® Office, CRM, etc.)
