Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead global, end-to-end EWM implementations and optimize warehouse operations. You will partner with stakeholders across IT, business units, and partners to deliver scalable solutions aligned with S/4HANA and ERP landscapes. You’ll mentor junior consultants and drive continuous improvement across a global warehouse footprint. This role offers impact through shaping EWM roadmaps and delivering high-value, integration-heavy projects.

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and global rollouts with SAP S/4HANA and ERP integration
• Design and configure EWM processes (inbound/outbound, slotting, labor, yard management) for high-volume, multi-site operations
• Single point of contact for global warehouse stakeholders; translate requirements into functional specs and oversee design, testing, and go-live
• Provide Level 3 support for EWM; coordinate with Basis, ABAP, and integration teams to resolve complex issues
• Mentor and coach junior/mid-level EWM consultants; contribute to knowledge sharing and training
• Define and drive the EWM roadmap with IT and Supply Chain leadership; identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, transport) to ensure end-to-end integration; manage interfaces with TM, MM, PP and third-party WMS/automation
• Ensure compliance with integral standards, regulatory requirements, and change management; produce functional specs, test scripts, training materials, and blueprints
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 large-scale, global warehouse implementations
• Deep expertise in SAP EWM core processes and integration with SAP S/4HANA, TM, MM, PP
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• SAP EWM certification strongly preferred
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
• Experience with automation technologies and Agile/hybrid project methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
