The Vendor Risk Assessment Center (VRAC) is a division which has been created recently to detect and mitigate potential risks of Santander’s outsourced services in an increasingly digital and connected world. We are young, cross-functional team of experts covering five risk domains: IT/Cyber, BCP, GDPR, Physical Security and Facilities.
The **Vendor Risk Analyst (VRAC) Security & Facilities **will be member of our UK Vendor Risk Assessment Center (VRAC) team based in CGS Boadilla del Monte. She/He will be responsible for certifying and managing Vendors regarding potential Security/Facilities risks
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
- Review and challenge of inherent risk scoring of critical services
- Assess critical services / vendors, establish and monitor remediation plans and issue a residual risk rating
- Reporting and collaboration with the local chiefs of Facilities and Security departments
- Periodic reporting to local Cost / Risk areas and respective committees.
- Continuous feedback and reporting to the European Security and Facilities VRAC Head
- Bachelors or equivalent (master’s degree preferred)
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience (including internships)
Desirable:
- Work experience in Corporate Security/Security Systems Management/Facility Management/Building Management.
- Knowledge of security certifications and Security Regulatory requirements in UK.
- High service orientation and advisory skills as well as strong communication skills
- Good Risk-Based judgment skills including but not limited to the ability to assess compliance risks appropriately with commercial needs.
- Knowledge in MS Office
- High level of English (written and spoken).
