&##2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tech Lead, or Functional Consultant in digital or transformation environments.
~ Strong understanding of IT defect management and Quality Assurance .
~ Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger), MS Office, and JIRA / Azure DevOps .
~ Analyze and document business needs, user journeys, and functional specifications across multiple business lines and countries.
Collaborate with IT teams to define APIs, data models, and system interactions supporting end-to-end processes.
Manage bug identification and defect resolution, ensuring quality and traceability throughout delivery.
Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and post-release reviews.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Based in Barcelona or nearby, with availability for a hybrid working model .
