What you will do in your work
**Role Overview**:
As a AUKI-BOX Functional and Technical Leader, you will be responsible for squads in SCIB area developing new products in new architecture of back office processes.
Who we are looking for
- IT Technical lead of the project
- Responsible of design major technical solutions in a high-level complexity for Back office processes
- Responsible of Accounting / Financial and Settlements squads
- Product owners’ manager using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on technical side
- Leader of cooperation with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions
What we need
- Functional and business knowledge of Accounting, Financial engine and Settlement processes (Swift, account, camara)
- Experience consolidated in maintenance and support BackOffice functionalities E2E
- Business knowledge sufficient to understand all end user issues and needs
- Technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with other technology teams
- Knowledge of Financial markets products focused on derivatives (options, swap, ccs, cap)
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools and Agile Methodologies
- Availability for often business trips.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finances, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Spanish and fluent English.
**Interpersonal skills**:
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment under time and task pressure.
- Capability to take on a management role.
- Good communication skills - to work with developers on the one hand and business on the other, ability to explain your opinion and stand your ground when needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability, not being afraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Interest in learning new technologies and in contribution to the Digital transformation.
