As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959. /ppbr/ppTradition is currently seeking to appoint a Junior Broker to be based in our Madrid office. /ppbr/ppstrongMain responsibilities within the Junior Broker position include: /strong /ppbr/pulliSupporting Brokers with their daily activities. /liliEnsuring all trades are recorded and inputted accurately, in a timely fashion. /liliLiaising and keep strong relationships with other global offices. /liliLiaising with the middle and back office to follow up any issues regarding trades. /liliChecking banks credit for trades. /liliRegularly update all platforms with the latest data. /liliProducing date sheets for the fixing and value dates of trades. /liliLiaising regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships. /liliEnsuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies and external regulations that relate to you and your role. /liliBeing aware of and compliant with operational risk requirements (e.g. behaviour, security policies regulatory requirements). /liliAny other duties reasonably requested. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey skills and experience required in this role: /strong /pulliAbility to be self-sufficient, a quick thinker. /liliBasic knowledge of Financial Markets. /liliGeneral business administration experience. /liliExcellent people communication skills. /liliMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Internet explorer). /liliStrong mental arithmetic. /liliFluency in German is required. /li /ulpbr/ppemTradition do not accept agency CV’s.
