The following challenges await you :
* Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum practices
* Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews
* Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
* Identifying and removing obstacles to team productivity
* Strengthening team dynamics and fostering a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
* Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency
This is important to us :
* Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
* Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous
* Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite
* Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
