Ensure a high level of simplification and convergence across the different SAP systems /lili Build stakeholder networks to ensure that the delivery team organisation is recognized as strategic business partner. Software release management including developments and patches /lili Participate in strategic applications long and short-term strategy development /lili Lead, mentor, and manage staff to optimize performance through clear and effective communication to create a positive team environment. /lili Assess technical skills, identify training needs and opportunities, and ensure that required materials and tools are available for direct reports to perform their job responsibilities. /lili Responsible for ensuring the delivery of projects and change within the relevant application area modules.
