WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Bachelor's degree (Engineering, IT, or related field) with professional experience in technical or project management roles
* 3 to 5 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably in complex technical environments
* Solid knowledge of project planning and management methodologies, including Agile
* Experience with AWS, EDI, XML, Talend, APIGEE, TIBCO, and system-to-system messaging
* Familiarity with operating systems, application security policies, and GDPR compliance
* Fluent Spanish and good English (B2 level minimum) – essential for cross-border collaboration
* Strong orientation toward end-users, teamwork, and change leadership
* Ability to work in a hybrid model
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Lead the design and implementation of IT applications, including new functionalities, workflows, and data management
* Define IT scope and drive planning in collaboration with internal and external providers
* Monitor and track application performance, creating and maintaining dashboards and KPIs
* Provide training and user support (internal and external) through agreed channels and schedules
* Contribute to consulting activities: design solutions, create templates, define best practices
* Ensure technical project documentation meets quality standards
* Actively participate in technical solution quality assurance from design to validation
* Drive progressive migration to new technical and functional environments
* Collaborate with stakeholders to co-develop work plans that meet mutual needs
* Analyze incidents and propose corrective action plans
* Support compliance with Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety)
