About The Role
We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international team in Lisbon. You will support customers for a integral brand, delivering high-quality service via phone, email, chat, or social media, while enjoying life in one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to work abroad, gain international experience, and benefit from a full relocation package.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via multiple channels
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand representation
Requirements
- Native or near-native Dutch speaker
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
