Overview
Proactively recruit and develop effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. Focus on category selections to increase overall value, in alignment with business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Guide merchandise partners in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies.
* Propose innovative ideas based on current category status, create and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance.
* Conduct industry analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies based on market trends.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations.
* Extensive connections with local seller and vendor networks (plus).
* Strong data analysis skills: analyze industry trends, project management through data, and summarize conclusions.
