Responsibilities
* Implement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions
* Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR technology landscape
* Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality
* Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices and facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users
* Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams
* Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
Qualifications
* Fluency in Dutch and a high level of English
* SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning)
* Solid understanding of HR processes
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
* Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies
* Self‑motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiative
* Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key
