About the Role
To track supplier delivery dates for components and products, considering manufacturing parts lead time, using shortage reports for manufacturing and customer service, to guarantee fulfillment of internal customers' required dates.
To manage priorities and reschedule suppliers' delivery dates to match internal customer needs. Contact suppliers by phone and e-mail, providing/receiving feedback about open POs.
To use the Coesia Portal to confirm suppliers' delivery dates and communicate internally any deviations. Define with the Buyer the action plan to fulfill the required delivery dates.
Manage quality issues and modifications, including sending POs to suppliers.
To use SAP tools and all available information to make decisions to avoid interruptions in assembly and customer service.
What You Need to Be Successful
Mandatory: 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Mandatory: Vocational training in Mechanics or a Technical Engineering degree background.
Mandatory: High-energy and self-starter with highly developed problem-solving skills.
Mandatory: Strong focus on delivering results and negotiation skills.
Mandatory: Good communicator.
Mandatory: High level of English and Spanish language proficiency.
Mandatory: Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Mandatory: Good knowledge of SAP (Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning).
Desired: High level of proficiency in other EU languages.
Mandatory: Availability to travel worldwide when needed.
