Experteer Overview In this leadership role, you drive the in-field execution of the Medical Affairs strategy for Diabetes and Obesity, coordinating with HCPs and cross-functional teams to position Novo Nordisk as a preferred partner. You lead a 6-person Regional Medical Advisor team, shaping regional medical plans and medical education initiatives. Your role combines strategic planning with people development and high-level stakeholder engagement to improve patient outcomes. You will work across the field, promoting scientific engagement and ensuring alignment with the company mission and NN behaviours.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead and develop a 6-member Regional Medical Advisor team and align them with the Field Medical strategy - Plan and execute the Regional Medical Plan (Medical Education, Publication Plan, Clinical Activities) in line with company strategy - Elevate field insights to inform strategy and medical plans and foster cross-functional collaboration - Drive collaboration between field medical and sales teams, defining HCP targets and adapting strategies - Translate business priorities into operational plans and promote team development (soft and hard skills) - Build and nurture relationships with HCPs and KOLs;
participate in regionaland national meetings and congresses - Model Novo Nordisk Way and promote high-performance, with a focus on work-life balance - Lead continuous dialogues with the team to enable growth and evolutionResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences - Solid experience in Medical Affairs within a pharmaceutical company - Previous people management experience - Experience driving cross-functional projects with proven collaboration and leadership - Knowledge or experience in cardiometabolic arena an advantage - Fluent in Spanish and English;
