As a BI Data Engineer at eDO, you will shape the data landscape by building scalable pipelines and analytics-ready models. You will join a cross-functional BI team, collaborating with product owners and data analysts to translate requirements into robust data solutions. You’ll help migrate to a Google Cloud-based platform and ensure data quality for reliable decision making. This role offers hands-on work with modern data tooling in an agile environment and a clear path to impact across the business. You will be part of a mission to enable data-driven insights across 44 markets and multiple brands.

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT, and Airflow for BigQuery
• Contribute to scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and reporting
• Implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with product owners, data analysts, and stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions
• Support dashboards and reports, helping users leverage data effectively
• Promote best practices in data engineering, including code quality, testing, documentation, and version control
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines
• Strong Python programming skills for data manipulation and automation
• Deep SQL knowledge with complex querying and data modeling
• Hands-on DBT experience for modular, testable transformations
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration xpzdshu (Google Cloud Composer preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing, ideally Google BigQuery
• Understanding of ETL/ELT principles and related tooling
• Experience with GKE, Docker, Pub/Sub, Git & CI/CD
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and good communication in cross-functional teams
