Your Role
At the heart of client relationships, you'll be the driving force behind our customers' success, ensuring they receive exceptional service and obtain maximum value from our solutions.
Your core responsibilities:
* Own the customer journey from free trial to long-term partnership: collaborate with Account Executives to understand client needs, design tailored strategies, and set them up for success.
* Build trust-based relationships: act as the primary point of contact, fostering deep connections through proactive communication and genuine understanding of their business challenges.
* Empower clients with actionable insights, training, and best practices to help them become self-sufficient and achieve their goals.
* Lead onboarding and activation: guide new clients through setup, drive feature adoption, and ensure seamless integration of our tools into their workflows.
* Deliver end-to-end account management: handle support, service, and strategic reviews to continuously align our solutions with their evolving needs.
* Unlock growth opportunities: identify upsell/cross-sell potential, negotiate renewals, and advocate for our platform in a competitive landscape.
* Champion client success: report directly to the Head of Customer Success, providing data-driven feedback to shape our product and service offerings.

What you bring to the table
* Experience that counts: 3-4 years managing accounts in tech, ideally in the French market. Whether you've been an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager—if you've been driving results, we want to hear from you.
* Language skills: French at native level is non-negotiable (you'll be working 100% in French). Strong English is essential. Speak Spanish too? Even better.
* Tech toolkit: You know HubSpot inside and out. If you've been living in it daily, yo're already ahead.
