Job DescriptionAs part of our hyper-growth, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager .
Your responsibilities includeB2B Partner OnboardingLead partner onboarding phases, from contract signature to go-liveAct as the main point of contact for the partner throughout the integration phaseCoordinate internal teams (Tech, Product, Ops, Support) to ensure a smooth onboarding processDefine the integration roadmap, milestones, and success criteria
Functional & Technical IntegrationSupport partners in defining integration requirements, including: API selection, data flows, formats, and frequenciesDefinition of reporting and key performance indicatorsOversee the technical implementation of solutions on the partner sideEnsure the quality, reliability, and performance of data flows (monitoring, alerts, incident analysis)Organize and lead testing phases (UAT, validation, go-live) with the partnerServe as the technical point of contact to resolve integration-related issues
Customer Success & Post-Onboarding Follow-upEnsure post go-live follow-up and support partners in scaling their usageMonitor and analyze success metrics, including: Solution usage, Processed volumes, Performance and service qualityAnticipate risks (decline in usage, recurring incidents, lack of adoption) and propose action plansIdentify optimization opportunities, product enhancements, or upsell potential in collaboration with internal teamsMaintain a long‐term, value‐driven partner relationship
Profile RequiredYou have 5+ years of experience in a similar role: Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, Technical Consultant, or Technical Customer Success Manager.Experience in a SaaS, fintech, adtech, or technology platform environment is a plus.Strong understanding of technical architectures, REST APIs, data exchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.), and batch/real‐time data flows.Ability to interact effectively with both technical teams (developers, CTOs, product teams) and business stakeholders.Solid knowledge of monitoring, data flow performance, incident management, and testing phases (UAT, validation, go-live).Strong customer service mindset with a results‐oriented approach.Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and accessible language.Fluent in French.Professional proficiency in English is an additional asset in an international environment.
