We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager. This position will be preferably based in either Barcelona (Spain) or Saint‑Genis‑Pouilly (France).

As the global leader in the supply of positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals, SHS Radiopharma pioneered the commercial PET radiopharmacy model over 30 years ago—and continues to shape the future of molecular imaging. We are seeking an experienced and driven quality professional to join SHS Radiopharma as a Strategic Project Manager, a critical leadership role supporting the expansion of our European operations. In this role, you will lead the expansion of manufacturing capacities at existing facilities, drive the creation of new facilities to support production of our current PET diagnostic portfolio, and develop new manufacturing capacities for our growing pipeline of radiopharmaceutical theranostic products, spanning both clinical development and commercial phases. Responsibilities

* Initiate projects within your area of expertise, defining key attributes such as scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, communications, stakeholders, resources, procurement, and change management.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper project definition, alignment, and compliance with required procedures.
* Establish mechanisms to effectively lead, manage, monitor, and control projects during their execution phase.
* Lead and manage project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Ensure efficient handover of project outcomes to operational teams at project close (first patient dose).
* Contribute to building the new Project Management Department, fostering synergies and harmonizing procedures.
* Support local teams in managing and applying project management standards and internal procedures to local initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple complex projects; project management training required.
* Minimum 3 years in a management role within cGMP manufacturing facilities.
* Minimum 5 years of experience manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals for PET diagnostics (F‑18, Ga‑68) and therapy (Lu‑177, Ac‑225, etc.).
* Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams; proven track record engaging with management and leadership boards.
* Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary departments across multinational organizations.
* Proven ability to manage and engage a large, decentralized team.
* Strong technical skills with proven ability to troubleshoot, solve abstract issues, and implement policies and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and interpret complex financial and technical information.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in execution of responsibilities.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.


Education

* B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related sciences (minimum).
* Master’s degree in Project Management (strongly preferred).


Travel

Required to perform job function (up to 50%).
