Your Mission
As the Lead Product Manager for our web squad, you will :
* Design and implement innovative conversion funnels tailored to diverse user segments, guiding website visitors toward app adoption, while collaborating with and mentoring a Senior PM to deliver exceptional results
* Identify and experiment with new CRO opportunities, driving sign-ups and app downloads through creative, user-focused solutions and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
* Lead advanced SEO and product initiatives to maximize visibility, attract high-quality traffic and engage users effectively
* Collaborate with localization experts, top-tier copywriters and nutritionists to deliver captivating, value-driven content
* Use A / B testing and analytics to optimize site design, enhance user experience and achieve exceptional conversion rates
* Analyze and present performance insights to stakeholders, aligning priorities with ambitious business objectives
* Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and success
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers
* Provide interim line management for product designers within the web squad, collaborating closely with the product design leadership
