About the Position
We are looking for an expert in email design and development, with a strong visual sensitivity and a results-oriented mindset, to join our team as a
Email Design Specialist – CRM
for both
MotoGP and WorldSBK
brands.
Your mission will be to create commercial and transactional email templates
that are visually attractive, technically robust, and optimised for conversion across all major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) as well as any creative asset that is required with the layout.
You will work closely with CRM, design, and product teams in a dynamic environment focused on personalisation, analysis, and continuous improvement. We are
looking for someone
who combines email and image design with analytic and strategic vision
with an analytic and strategic vision —someone who sees email design not just as a visual medium but as a powerful tool for impact and conversion at Dorna.
Responsibilities
Design
and build responsive commercial and transactional emails aligned with brand identity and conversion goals, applying best email marketing practices. Create and adapt images
using Adobe Photoshop for email use, applying best email marketing practices in every design piece. Develop templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud : using HTML and CSS Collaborate with product teams to understand campaign objectives and
adapt designs to meet business needs Propose and implement A/B tests
on content, design, or subject lines, and analyse results within a continuous improvement process. Analyse key performance metrics
(OR, CTR, CTOR, conversions, etc.) with the team and propose improvements. Conduct visual and functional tests
and resolve rendering bugs or inconsistencies Ensure accessibility, readability, and compatibility of emails across different devices and email clients. Maintain and evolve existing emails templates.
Requirements
Skilled in
Adobe Photoshop and Figma
for preparing optimised email images, designs and templates. Understanding principles and best practices as applied to email marketing design. Minimum of
2–3 years of proven experience designing and coding
commercial and transactional marketing emails. Proficient in
HTML and CSS for email, including responsive design. Understanding of UX/UI principles as applied to email design. A very
strict attention to detail Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio. Ability to work with feedback and tight deadlines. Experience in running and analysing A/B tests. Analytical skills
to interpret data and make informed decisions. Organised and able to work in multidisciplinary, agile teams. Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Spanish
(this is an international company). Other languages desired.
We Also Value
Experience with automation and customer journeys in Salesforce. Interest in industry trends and a proactive attitude toward proposing innovative ideas and tools. Experience working with motorsports or other sports brands. Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards applied to email marketing. Familiarity Jira and Confluence
