Your Role and Responsibilities
* Perfil Gestor de cambios IT.
* Monitorizar los tickets de cambio para asegurar cumplimiento de procesos y políticas.
* Revisar solicitudes de cambios y asegurar seguimiento de procedimientos.
* Facilitar resolución de incidencias, detectando colisiones y conflictos en programación.
* Revisar tareas de cambio y de marcha atrás.
* Conocer el riesgo de cada cambio y asignar el nivel adecuado.
* Controlar cambios en sus áreas para cumplir requisitos de gestión.
* Realizar revisiones post-implementación para detectar problemas.
* Participar en reuniones de CAB.
* Trabajo en turnos alternos 16x5, con intervenciones fuera de horas para cambios mayores.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Experiencia en Gestión de cambios basada en ITIL.
* Conocimientos en sistemas distribuidos.
* Capacidad de interlocución con equipos técnicos y de desarrollo.
* Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de cambios y proyectos.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Deseable conocimiento de sistemas operativos, middleware y redes.
