Qualifications / Competencies
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make difficult decisions when needed
- Good financial and operational understanding within field service business; persuasive written and verbal communication skills in local language(s) adequate to the occasion
- Good English skills are an asset
- Quality orientation according to behavior, company and products
- Good understanding and affinity for using ERP/CRM systems
