Participate in a comprehensive international training curriculum designed to provide an understanding of the operations processes and technologies at Bunge's crushing, refining, and packaging facilities. Program Overview
Start in one of our facilities across the regions, learning together as a group regionally and individually at the local level through daily operations within your specialization.
The 18-month program consists of 3 main stages:
* Nourish (3 months): Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle in, and prepare to grow.
* Grow (9 months): Hands-on learning within the team locally, developing and deepening Bunge Business knowledge through a game and group learning curriculum.
* Flourish (6 months): Finalize the program with a group project and refine skills for the future.
Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that aligns with both the company's needs and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.
What to Bring
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field (e.g., Food Engineering, Industrial Operations, Maintenance, Automation, Process Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, or Environmental Sciences).
* Up to 2 years of previous work experience, including internships or extracurricular exposure; travel and relocation may be required.
* Proficiency in English; local language skills may be required depending on the location.
* Passion, boldness, drive, social skills, proactivity, problem-solving skills, growth mindset, learning agility, and adaptability.
* Participation in on-the-job, virtual, and classroom learning and development.
