They are seeking a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to manage key strategic enterprise clients. The role involves driving revenue through retention and upselling, requiring proactive, confident, and technology-interested candidates with a commercial focus.
* 3+ years of account management experience managing renewals and upsell / expansion
* Strong drive and passion to learn and explain new technologies
* Experience with SaaS vendors or marketing automation / technology
* Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast renewal / upsell opportunities
The role offers a salary of up to €75,000 depending on seniority, plus bonus and benefits. It is a remote position, allowing you to work from home.
