As a Consultant / Manager within the SC&O; Data Foundations team, you will help organizations design, build, and scale the data backbone required to unlock value from analytics, AI, and agentic solutions across Supply Chain and Operations.
You will work on complex data‑driven transformation initiatives, combining data strategy, data management, data products, and AI capabilities to create scalable, trusted, and business‑critical data assets.
Depending on your seniority, you will take ownership of delivery workstreams, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and contribute to team leadership and capability development.
What You Will Do
- Lead and contribute to data‑driven transformation projects across Supply Chain and Operations.
- Drive “value‑through‑data” initiatives, translating business problems into scalable data foundations and data products.
- Design, build, and evolve Supply Chain data products that are reusable, governed, and AI‑ready.
- Lead data management, harmonization, and semantic modeling activities across complex Supply Chain datasets.
- Support and lead data strategy and data governance activities, including:
- Business data definitions
- Data quality rules and controls
- Metadata management and lineage
- Contribute to the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions to augment and automate data and Supply Chain processes.
- Oversee the development of analytics and reporting layers, including self‑service and “talk‑to‑your‑data” experiences.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, AI specialists, architects, and Supply Chain business stakeholders.
- Support project proposals and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- For Manager roles: lead project teams and own client delivery, as well as sales, commercial processes and go‑to‑market initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Consultant: typically 4–6 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or consulting roles.
- Manager: typically 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or delivery workstreams and client facing expertise.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and modern data management principles.
- Hands‑on experience with data & analytics tools such as Cloud platforms, Databricks, Power BI, SQL‑based platforms, Python.
- Solid exposure to data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑facing communication skills.
- Interest and experience applying AI and agentic AI to data and business processes.
- Consulting mindset, flexibility and ability to work in cross‑functional, multicultural environments, remote and on-site.
- Very strong sense of ownership and results-driven focus.
