The territory covered by this role includes Catalunya regions. The main responsibilities are to achieve assigned area business goals and develop commercial activities in compliance with Aspen policies. This involves interfacing with decision-makers in public and private entities throughout the drug promotion and also through purchasing process to optimize the commercial potential of Aspen's product portfolio.
* Partnership Development
* Achieve assigned territory objectives by driving sales and market share of assigned products
* Introduce and promote Aspen portfolio to key customers: perform visit specialties Gynecology, Urology, Radiotherapy, hospital pharmacists to impulse its prescription and purchase in some cases.
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders and coordinate with the Sales Director to develop partnership projects.
* Establish and maintain effective business relationships with local stakeholders and decision-makers, healthcare profesionals and opinion leaders.
* Strategic Project Implementation
* Implement activities related to strategic corporate projects with stakeholders.
* Capture, process, and share new evidence of public interventions developed by stakeholders.
* Organize training days and clinical sessions focused on healthcare professionals.
* Administrative Coordination
* Report misalignments with market values to the Tender Manager and provide information on competitors' activities, tender results, and hammer prices.
* Contract and Tender Management
* Tender management and post-award periods and contracts with private structures.
* Identify, analyze, and share the potential of public and private structures with the Tender Manager and commercial teams to plan commercial policy interventions.
* Market Analysis and Development
* Analyze market and competition evolution and identify new development potentials, including the marketing of generic products.
* Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales
* Participate in industry conferences and events to promote the company's products and image.
* Compliance and Ethics
* Ensure business activities are conducted with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in accordance with applicable laws and Aspen's code of ethics.
* Continuous Learning and Knowledge Update
* Constantly update scientific and role knowledge with the support of relevant company tools and roles.
* Healthcare Professional Engagement
* Identify scientific information needs of health professionals and establish coherent visit/activity plans.
* Ensure communication aligns with healthcare professionals' needs.
* Plan and organize scientific information activities in line with the visit plan.
* Propose training initiatives and scientific updates for healthcare professionals to your manager.
* Reputation and Compliance
* Safeguard the company's reputation through compliance with regulations and company codes.
* Comply with administrative or legal requirements within established deadlines (expense reports, test discharge notes, etc.).
* Effective Communication
* Ensure effective communication that is consistent with the needs of healthcare professionals.
* Facilitate the resolution of customer issues related to receivables, interest on arrears, returns, and overdue management by interfacing with relevant office functions in coordination with TM and finance managers.
* Work to ensure the best synergy with external functions to seize opportunities to enhance Aspen's product portfolio.
Competencies, Qualifications And Experience
* Commercial profile: customer orientation, communication skills and focus on results.
* Availability to travel: up to 80% of the time
* Preference education: Degree in pharma, biological or health sciences. but valuated other areas as Business Administration or related areas.
* Proven experience: at least 2 / 5 years in similar roles with specialist
* Excellent communication, listening and respond skills
* Willingness to cooperate and Team -work mentality
* Adaptability to change & flexible thinking and Problem solving
* Fluent in Spanish and Catalan and English is mandatory
