That’s why we need an Investor Relations & Sustainability Manager like you.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivery of external reporting:
o Draft presentations and Q&A for quarterly and annual financial reporting, as well as materials for Capital Markets Day and AGM.
o Manage IR content for printed and online materials, filings to CNMV and SEC.
o Draft financial reports, capital markets communications, and regulatory announcements in collaboration with corporate communication, accounting, and consolidation departments.
o Maintain documentation supporting IR deliverables and engage with business areas to craft the company’s story for capital markets.
* Develop effective interactions with sell-side analysts:
o Drive initiation and coverage, manage consensus estimates.
o Ensure analysts understand underlying hypotheses, review research, and provide feedback.
* Support ongoing interactions with institutional investors:
o Design outreach initiatives, analyze investor queries and trading patterns.
o Coordinate participation in corporate events and networking.
* Monitor market activity:
o Track share-price developments, volumes, and trading activities.
o Monitor issues impacting the sector and disseminate information internally.
* Internal reporting:
o Manage IR reports for management and sponsors.
o Promote internal knowledge of Grifols’ market position.
* Communication strategies for earnings and events:
o Develop content and structure for investor and analyst meetings.
o Streamline external messaging.
o Coordinate with corporate departments to ensure consistent communication.
o Support the Secretary of the Board with proxy activities and governance reports.
* Implement ESG investor strategies:
o Support ESG indices and investor relations.
o Engage with fixed income investors and rating agencies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
* 5+ years’ experience in finance, banking, audit, or consulting.
* Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency.
* Strong financial analysis, corporate finance, and capital markets knowledge.
* Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
