You will partner with the field sales team and work with customers to identify business issues Flexera can solve. /ppbr/ppYou will serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, with the mission to: /pulliDrive product adoption /liliEnsure value realisation /liliIncrease client loyalty /li /ulpbr/ppThis is achieved through: /pulliHands-on work with infrastructure stack and architecture /liliWorkload migration to our tools /liliEnabling client teams to optimise resources /liliActing as a point of escalation for technical inquiries /li /ulpbr/ppYou will lead technical strategy for successful proofs of value (POV) and implement best practices. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at enhancing the overall sales process. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pulliPartner with sales representatives and revenue team members to drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) /liliAct as a subject matter expert for technical infrastructure questions and advise senior decision-makers /liliLead discovery sessions to uncover customer business values and objectives /liliDeliver compelling demonstrations, technical presentations, and POV activities /liliContribute to RFI/RFP and security questionnaire responses /liliAdvocate for client interests (e.g., feature requests) to product teams /liliIncrease product adoption through hands-on engagement with the Flexera platform /liliTravel up to 25% to engage directly with customers and support sales efforts /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience /b /ppIdeally, you will have a background in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting, with proven experience in client-facing technical roles. Domain expertise should include: /pulliFinOps, DevOps, Cloud Cost, Cloud Optimisation or Cloud Management /liliData normalisation for IT Asset Management /liliCertified FinOps Practitioner /liliCloud Solution Architect certification (Azure/Google preferred) /liliProficiency with RESTful APIs, API tools (e.g., Postman), or scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) /liliStrong experience in Cloud Financial Management (FinOps) /liliExperience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) /liliExcellent communication and relationship skills /liliFamiliarity with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Amazon ECS) /liliCustomer-centric mindset with strong dedication to success /liliFluency in English, Italian and Spanish is required /li /ul
