In this role, you drive the design of future manufacturing and assembly lines at the Illescas plant, supporting Airbus industrial strategy. You work with a cross-functional team to translate Lean principles into scalable industrial solutions and to boost performance across legacy and future lines. You will influence how projects are industrialized and validated through digital capabilities, contributing to the Factory of the Future. This position offers international collaboration and opportunities to shape large-scale industrial systems.

• Contribute to Industrial System Design for future and existing programs at Illescas plant
• Support key industrialization projects with line design expertise to deliver tangible long-term benefits
• Evaluate current and future industrial solutions and provide recommendations to Industrial Architects via digital tools
• Develop Manufacturing Line Design ways of working aligned with business priorities
• Increase knowledge and autonomy in flow and ergonomics simulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams on industrial projects
Responsabilidades
• Strong background in Manufacturing or Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering with Lean principles
• Operational experience in implementation and optimization of industrial systems across conception, qualification, implementation, and production management
• Proven experience in industrialization and shop-floor xpzdshu execution
• Solid knowledge of Industrial Performance Management
• Autonomy and ability to lead change in an international environment
• Experience with MBSE and PLM tools focusing on flow simulation (Anylogic and 3DExperience)
• Previous knowledge of SLB on EPIQA tools
