Overview
Nurse (holding the functional title of Research Nurse) in the Division of Community Medicine and Public Health Practice, School of Public Health, University of Hong Kong. Ref.. Work type: Full-time. Location: Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
 * Assist in planning primary health care services or interventions.
 * Monitor research progress and liaise with NGOs.
 * Review and finalize all assessment instruments and publicity items.
 * Prepare evidence-based protocols and organize training and manuals for NGO staff;
 prepare operation and intervention manuals.
 * Assist in preparation of academic papers and perform other duties as assigned.
 * Work may include irregular hours;
 on-the-job training related to primary health care will be provided.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing.
 * Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
 * Preferably with clinical working experience.
 * Ability to work independently and in a team.
 * Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese).
 * Knowledge/experience in offering primary health care services or interventions in clinical or community settings is an advantage.
Employment Details
 * Contract: one-year temporary term or two-year fixed-term, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
 * Salary: highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience;
 includes annual leave and medical benefits;
 retirement benefits scheme contribution up to 10% of basic salary.
