Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the end‑to‑end shipment process.
* Coordinate and orchestrate shipments with stakeholders.
* Provide value‑added solutions to customers with strong business knowledge.
* Resolve queries with shippers, customers, key account managers, and others in a timely manner.
* Maintain a customer‑centric approach to avoid errors and implement preventive measures.
* Prepare and submit documents accurately and inform stakeholders of status.
* Drive cross‑sell/up‑sell and customer retention.
* Adhere to SOPs and IOPs and report deviations proactively.
* Escalate issues as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
* Communicate proactively, participate in conference calls with clients.
* Record and report performance, providing recommendations on service delivery wins and failures.
* Collaborate with KCMs and commercial team to strengthen relationships.
* Comply with specific customer SOPs and monitor KPIs.
* Execute additional reports or tasks assigned by the team leader/manager.
We Are Looking For
* Experience in logistics/supply chain or related areas.
* Fluency in Spanish and English;
French is a plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Passion for high‑level customer service (customer centricity).
* Result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
* Team player mindset.
* Strong understanding of operational processes.
* Sense of urgency and persistence with obstacles.
* Positive pro‑active attitude.
